10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first notify us by email at support@linetailors.com and allow up to 30 days for an amicable resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. For clarity, the competent courts in Vilnius, Lithuania, shall generally handle disputes, as is common in Lithuanian terms of service.
